CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Checkout time is 10:00 A.M.

DEPOSITS: 20% of your total rent is required to hold your booking. This deposit is credited toward your security deposit, rent, taxes and cleaning charge. A $250 security deposit is collected and refunded within 30 days of departure less any charges for telephone calls, lost keys, damage, extra cleaning, etc.You are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay.

CANCELLATION: For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, a $50 charge applies.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full rent plus tax applies, or is applied to a future stay. If the property is re-rented, the re-rented portion will be refunded.

OTHER SERVICES: Car rentals are available through AVIS. Daily housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional charge, as are cribs and childcare services. Laundry facilities are available at all properties. We also can help you plan your wedding, anniversary or other special event.
